Welcome to Aldea Beach

Description

Blooms in the hot sand There is no doubt that the climate, relaxed living style, sports, beauty of the countryside and friendliness of the people draw many visitors to the Costa del Sol. This is reflected in the major development of the coastline in recent years. It is rare therefore to find a beach where the sea daffodils (Pancratium Maritimum) still grow. This startling perfumed white flower is so unexpected. Blooming during the hottest months of July and August in stark contrast to the springtime bulbs of Wordsworth's poem. Happily both flowers and people can share the expanse of coastline at Aldea Beach. There is plenty of room for everyone to enjoy sun, sea and air.
The house directly overlooks the beach and the fascinating ever changing seascape. Even whilst cooking in the kitchen you can watch the fishing boats putting out their nets and the cruise ship sailing past on the horizon .
